Each item has its own individual characteristics making it one of
a kind.
We go to great length to ensure each item is carefully inspected
prior to shipping. However, in the event you do need to
exchange or return merchandise, contact our customer
service department customerservice@ragar-company.com
- An RA# will be issued for exchanges and/or returns.
- Exchanges and/or returns will gladly be made up to (30) days
after invoice date.
- All unauthorized exchange/returns will be refused.
- Shop worn merchandise will not be accepted for exchange
or credit.
- Damaged in Transit
- Merchandise damaged in transit is the responsibility
of the freight carrier.
- It is important that merchandise is unpacked
immediately upon receipt and carefully inspected.
- If merchandise is damaged due to freight company
negligence, call our customer service department
@ 732.493.1416, so we can place a claim with the
freight carrier.
- Save all packing materials and shipping carton for
freight carrier inspection.
